The location is excellent. I could walk to many attractions. The room had a very large comfy bed. The building provided an extra bed for my convenience. A decent sized balcony gave great views of the surrounding area.
The kitchen cupboards doors were falling off.

The team was helpful with transport and sites tips. Staff accommodated my extra bed request. They were lovely and friendly . service was satisfactory.

The hotel is close to a tramway station. A convenience store is nearby. Parking was available. I did not use it. This made accessing necessities quite easy.
